About Us
We make educational dreams come true for the students in the seven communities that make up the Robbinsdale Area Schools. Read our 2022-23 Annual Report.
What We Fund
To enhance learning, Seven Dreams funds Hands-On Learning Grant requests from teachers, and district-wide initiatives identified by the foundation.
Events
The 11th annual Bird Bash supporting district theater and vocal programs was held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center.
What We Fund
Working with school and community members, the foundation raises funds to give back to our school district. Our goal: inspiring and fulfilling educational dreams and experiences for all of our students!
Hands-On Learning Grants
Enhancing classroom learning and affirming teacher creativity, we award $500-$2,500 grants for a wide variety of projects.
District-Wide Initiatives funded by the Bird Bash
Impacting students since our first Bird Bash Gala event in 2014 with large district-wide initiatives.
Teacher & Staff Appreciation Gift
Honoring your favorite teacher with a treat before winter break and at the end of the school year! Donate $20 to Seven Dreams and write a personalized thank you message. Gifts may be purchased in December and May!
Instruments 4 Kids
Collecting and repairing over 400 used instruments to put in the hands of students who need them and raising over $46,000 to pay for repairs.

We bring together our community, educators, parents, businesses and civic leaders to secure ways and means for the inspiration and engagement of all students in the Robbinsdale Area Schools.

One larger district-wide initiative is funded each year from the Bird Bash gala proceeds. 11 project initiatives have been funded since 2014. In 2023, we raised a record-breaking $65,000 for the Middle School Wellness Centers project.

400 musical instruments have been donated. Used instruments are collected and repaired for district students in need so they can participate in our band and orchestra programs.
Our Board
The Seven Dreams Education Foundation has an Executive Director and 16 Board members made up of parents, staff and community members, in addition to one School District Administration Liaison.
